Glitter Photos
What You'll Need
- Printed photos
- Fine craft glitter
- Clear-drying glue
- Small paintbrushes or glue applicators
- Small cups or trays for glitter
Prep
- Print photos before the party or use instant camera photos taken throughout the celebration.
- Pour glitter into small cups or trays.
- Set out glue, brushes, and paper towels at a crafting station.
- Display the instruction card where guests can easily follow along. You can find it in the kit.
Instructions
- Choose a favorite photo from the celebration.
- Apply a thin layer of glue to areas you'd like to highlight, such as outfits, confetti, disco balls, hearts, or borders.
- Sprinkle glitter over the glue and gently tap off the excess.
- Allow the glue to dry completely.
- Take your sparkling photo home as a keepsake or add it to the birthday girl's memory book.
Sparklers
What You'll Need
- Sparklers (one per guest)
- Long lighter or utility lighter
- Bucket filled with sand or water for used sparklers
- Camera or phone with flash
Prep
- Check local regulations to ensure sparklers are permitted.
- Choose an outdoor space away from anything flammable.
- Place the disposal bucket nearby before lighting any sparklers.
- Have your camera or phone ready to capture the moment.
Instructions
- Hand each guest a sparkler.
- Carefully light the sparklers one at a time.
- Gather everyone together for photos.
- Strike your best main character pose while the sparklers are glowing.
- Once finished, place used sparklers in the designated bucket to cool completely before disposing of them.
